Yes...posting how many people are viewing useless forums such as stoxpoker, golf, etc. is really changing everyone's opinions about the matter. Why don't you post all the forums that have more than 10 people viewing them instead? Point of the matter is, like 5% of the population at most wanted 200nl removed from this forum...if you wanted to make 3 forums, you should just make it 50nl-100nl and then 200nl+, but that would require actually listening to people and doing something intelligent

The point is that of the ~75 forums on 2+2, this forum is as big or bigger than ~60 of them.

It's also about 2am Monday morning. Drawing conclusions about the traffic in any forum at this hour is ridic ******ed.

And anyway mid/high-stakes players have been predicting a flood on mid and high stakes posts at 400NL+ since before the original split if only we'd split to accommodate them. Strangely, there was no hedging about needing 200NL to bump up the traffic until the prospect of a 400NL+ forum actually materialized.

There was substantial discussion in the mod forum including mods of other forums and admin. Both splitting 25-/50-100/200+ and 50-/100-200/400+ have their advantages and disadvantages. This is the split we decided on with a mind to what's best for all three forums (it's not all about you) and the site as a whole.

I don't remember reading that anywhere...and if you read the petition thread, no one wanted to boot out 200nl, only 100nl, and some of us including myself are indifferent to that since 100nl players are good entertainment

My point is, 75% of the forums on 2+2 are dead

i really hate 200 and 400+ being in separate places, as I play like 75% 200, 25% 400, but I kinda like the 400+ posters better and have more to learn from them. And I want nothing to do with those filthy animals at 100nl, I am a professional poker player for gods sake albeit a decidedly not ballin' one. I feel like I have no home, boo to the triforum!
