It's likely slightly +ev to call here and at worst slightly -ev. But it can be a disaster if we can discount AA a lot for example. We could easily be a 65% favorite against his range. Many villains will 3bet huge with hands like AK, QQ, JJ because they're afraid to play post flop with this'd hands, but with AA, KK they 3bet much smaller because they have the nuts and want action
