Def want to limp with intention to 3-bet big. Might talk to him a little bit and ask if he wants to gamble and if he says yes, just jam 3-bet (assuming no other limpers). If there’s other limpers or you’re more risk adverse, just 3-bet to like $80 to isolate and then jam the 345 flop. Even if he hits a pair there, you’ve still likely to have like 40% equity, not to mention if he ever gives you some fold equity.

My general play in these spots is quite loose. They don’t come along often and they are usually super high EV so just gamble it up and GII as early on as possible in the hand. If you get unlucky, so be it. Don’t be a nit.
