For the sake of newer people who aren’t aware:
D_goat is Wesrwood. This person tried to scam the thread for over 4K, and only after a thread was made about it with personal information and months of massaging did he pay the thread. He’s also had some less than desirable dealings holding money for fantasy leagues that he also slow paid.

He indeed paid back what he owed the thread, sans some futures that he was let out of, and a grace of a few hundred bacon gave him. But yes, he is drama. Anyone can do as they wish, at their own risk, but I recommend, and I’m sure most of the thread would recommend not betting with him.
