if he has 17k in debt that hes rolled for 2 weeks, i didnt know that. and of course i dont think thats ok - although he has been around ever since i can remember and has always bet big amounts, paid when he lost, and never given me any reason to think he would scam. i really dont think anyone in here was THAT worried that bron wasnt gonna pay. he was in communication with postoak the whole time for god sake.

i was commenting strictly on the swap situation.

while brons actions in this situation leave something to be desired, i also dont think its cool for aces to say im not paying and start offering his terms to bron. i feel that unfairly influenced the "committees" decision to rule it as a compromise rather than actually make a real decision on whether the bet was legal or not.

If you bet and/or swap and lose, your debts are expected to be paid in full and in a timely matter. Doesn’t matter if your sick, your dogs sick, or if your thought you were on the wrong end of a lopsided swap.

just to clarify, a couple of days back i sent bron an email and he responded. i posted here what he told me and that's all i knew about the situation. i was not in contact with him otherwise and did email him a couple more times and did not hear back.

this 17k is a made up number, what in the world - from betting 3 weeks ago, I only rolled 1800 with anger I believe, that's it (his choice) - lost like 5k 2 weeks ago, and maybe 1 or 2 in the first few days of this past week

I was exaggerating there man - u continue to tell me that I'm only interested in my side, and I don't know why. I can't help it that I had a lot to say about the issue and a lot of support for my arguments. I brought up a ton of stuff that I think made the issue clear-cut to nearly everyone else in the thread. Math fortunately solves the whole exposure argument (my swap was 1.7x his, within his +/- 200 threshold), and the timing of the swap can't matter either because there's no rule. the other guy did nothing at all except hurl insults, give a timeline of his night, suggest a threshold of reasonability that my bet satisfied, and then declare he had no intention to pay (and then confirmed this intention to scam just for good measure)

Any chance of getting square with ec_outlaw? I'd like to be able to get square with the people I owe, and I haven't heard anything from you since I asked for payment a week ago. I paid out over 2100 last week, while only being down less than 1k, because I was counting on being paid from you. For a min bettor, that's a hit that jams me up way more than than just in this thread.

And everything I'm owed(1388) is from before swapgate, so that situation shouldn't factor in at all. Do the right thing man.
