these are not current numbers, they relate to the last two weeks of reconcilation which I had already considered closed

I would like to start by saying I'm not upset with any individual, but that none of this makes any sense.

Sports87 just messaged me to say that his numbers are off from the swaps of 5/28 and 5/30, in which two of my large swaps were unwound.

I'm posting again to not only ask what the heck went on, but to try to get to the bottom of this.

This was whatever, obviously something got effed up along the way and I tried to fix/figure it out, but no big deal overall as I was the one who initiated that swap, was busy all week and now could not properly unwind it.

Today Sports87 messaged me that there is now another missing $355 that I am getting stuck with.

-4236.50 (551 more than I ended up the week down)

This means overall...nobody spoke up about ending up +196ish and swaps (which I was willing to eat without a word) and now nobody is speaking up about an additional $355 for $551 total.

I am very confident that my record keeping was correct (or very close to it.)

Draw whatever conclusions you wish, but I view this as a huge problem.

It is one thing to lose to the thread (I think I paid out over 10k the last month.)

It is another to get totally cheated in the reconciliation, even with accurate records.

Again, I'm not calling out anyone individually, because honestly I'm not even sure how we got here or who owes what to whom anymore. I just know that somebody or somebodies number in did not match their number out, and they didn't speak up at all, they just pocketed it and went on their way.

I consider it a golden rule of the settling thread: after clearing up discrepancies, numbers should match perfectly pre and post swap

This, amongst many other frustrations, is really tarnishing my view of the thread right now.

If somebody could explain to me how to fix it, that would be great, until then...

This is what I sent Driverseati on PM. earlier today. Our +355 is clear (I think)

on 5/28 you swapped 355 from Wichitadm to you. Which would have put our balance at me +1968 (+1613+355=+1968)

On 5/30 (2 days later) I posted my numbers and see that I only posted +1613 for our balance and posted +355 for wichitadm's balance with me. (I did not see the original swap you did 2 days earlier)

on 5/30 the +1613 balance was swapped to Luckybacon (not the extra +355 which I still had as Wichitadm oweing me) I PM'd Wichitadm today to collect the 355 and he said it was swapped out to you in that post. So we had a +355 balance since I am supposed to collect that from you and not him

I want to second the fact that I believe Sports is 100% correct here, and I haven't fully checked, but I think Wichita and Bacon are as well. Therefore I'm not even sure how to get to the bottom of this, because they all appear to be correct.

All I'm saying is that *someone's* balances are not matching up entering and leaving a week and they are not speaking up.

I will also comment that I for example missed a bet with AP the other week, just forgot to record it, I was the loser ($300ish) and had to pay that immeadiately and add to my overall balances (it might have even been this week, in fact I believe it was as my balance went up even later when we realized it and caught it, not even a part of this fiasco)

Magically that never happens to a positive I might have (or hasn't yet, where a $300 win shows up out of nowhere)

Fwiw i would never just eat a descrepancy regardless of big or small and i dont think you or anyone should for this exact reason

@driver i dont know what the answer is to finding the solution to who has all the money, but i i did cancel the swap that involved me for 14$ (fwiw it was with luckybacon) my numbers came out right after i cancelled it and i feel like bacon did to for bacon at least on my account.....and i dont know what the solution is to you go hards that go bananas on monday trying to swap everything out in 1 day. its legit half the reason why i wait till tuesday to post my number usually, so you guys dont crazy with swaps. i respect what you guys are doing, but sometimes its gets a little crazy and im scared to post my numbers for this reason...its a legit head ache at times and at times makes me question if its even worth my sanity trying to stick around here....end of rant...up to the next rant or whoever is next

I'm out $57 and owe it to someone. I spoke up about this in my totals posted last week. And no one, including Driver, claimed it.

So, Driver, if you want it, PM me. However, unwinding all the swaps that involve me isn't going to happen because 1) I'm already square from 2-3 weeks ago, but mostly 2) it's going to involve a ****ing consulting firm to track down what amounts to 20% of the size of 1 of my bets.

I'll take responsibility for not being more on top of this...
