Whoever wrote up my lease typed the wrong number in for my assigned parking space, and then they towed my car, and then afterwards they lied to me about which space they had towed it from so that they could blame it on me in spite of them telling me the wrong parking space.

Not quite as bad but it really pissed me off.

haha thats a funny story. cops are the absolute ****** worst. I love how every cop thinks hes ****** magyuver or something. thats probably why all the serious crimes never even get solved. the cops are too ****** busy trying to frame innocent kids who r smoking weed or drinking.

a bike cop with braces who wears dangle-like shorts pulled me over 6 times in 2 days like 3 months back. his route/timing coincided with my class schedule/driving route and my tags were expired (but paid, i never got the stickers from the dmv/mail). So he pulls me over the first time on my way to class, looks it up, says I paid but I need to get the stickers. I go to class, I'm coming back and he pulls me over again ~50 minutes later (lol). I go home for <1 hour, go back to campus, and he pulls me over again. I was in class until after 5PM and the process repeats the next day. Every time he looked up/called in my license plate and told me the EXACT SAME THING. Every time after the first time, I tried to tell him he just told me and I didn't have time/had class.

It's sad too because you know there's like 0% chance that the cops go back to the station and are like, "haha I pulled the same kid over 6 times in the last 2 days and pretended that I didn't remember him each time loool"

I also got pulled over maybe 6 months ago for an expired inspection ticket, except the cop pulled me over 10 minutes after seeing me. He had to turn around and presumably haul ass to catch up to me. then writes me a ticket that i can get overturned by getting the inspection and taking it back to the station. what a waste of my time, jesus christ

I also got pulled over maybe 2 weeks ago while I was DD'ing for making a "suspicious U-turn"... which i semi-understand, he just wanted to see if i was wasted I guess. But when you set up a 1.5 mile road with no where to legally turn around except a roundabout and then pull people over for using said roundabout for a U-turn, I'm not sure how that's suspicious. jesus.

another thing that pisses me off, if you're under 18, you apparently can't get a ticket unless you actually go to court with your parents or something, so I got pulled over three times for 1) speeding (4 mph over) 2) fail to yield (for a pedestrian that stopped and waved me through the crosswalk) 3) fail to use a turn signal at an exit.. and the cops were too lazy to write me tickets where they would have to show up to court/set up timing with parents. which makes me madder than actually giving me a ticket.

All in all, i've probably been pulled over 7-9x and gotten 1 ticket. I got owned, I was doing a little over 90 in a 55 and going through a curve and the cop was sitting right in the blind part of the turn. I saw 1 car in 60+ miles on the road. christttt. fortunately he gave me 74 in 55, but he's gotta have something better to do than jacking off while he waits for 1 vehicle to pass every 2 hours. so pointless

and all that said, i'm a pretty safe driver unless it's an open road and i'm on my motorcycle. I never speed over like 10mph over the speed limit unless i'm on my bike and on bare ass roads, so stupidddddddd

one more: in a group of 8-9 guys walking to a frat party (all our frats are basically on one road), we were all obviously hammered and J-walked. this black cop on a bike at night on a fairly dark street (which isn't even close to fair, let's be honest.. this is some ninja ****) "pulls" us over and is like, guys you can't J-walk... I'm going to write you guys up if I ever see you again. I mean, what the ****, get off your bike and actually do your job and give under aged possession charges/ drunk in public. Nothing makes me hate government/cops/whatever more than them being lenient. Which sounds horrible, but come on if you're trying to prevent something/follow the law, actually ****ing do it and stop wasting time/money/etc.... every party i've seen busted by cops ends up with 6 cops sitting outside watching people stumble down steps and out into the road. What the ****? Isn't the point to not have under aged drinking? Why not charge as many as possible and actually crack down to get to the main goal? At this point, I haven't been scared of passing cops wasted outside of parties since the first few times. There's no repercussions. What's the pointtttt

ps, does anyone know of any cases where reasonable-cause was declining a search based on the 4th amendment?

I have got pulled over like 8-9x and had 1 ticket.
