Greetings to the community.
I want to give publicity to the situation I encountered while playing on the RedStar poker room in the iPoker network.
I registered at 10/8/2020 an account on RedStar named "gameismylife", on the advice of a friend, and filled it up for about $ 100. On the same day, for some unknown reason, I could not play (most likely cause of the weakness of my office computer)
The next day, I get another device and began to play.
I played the limit 0.25 / 0.5 NLH, at first I easily studied the opponents' plays and played quite tight, played at least 2 tables, occasionally playing Twister.
The next night I won over $ 550 on a total of 5 or 6 tables.
I put the amount for withdrawal, but at the next day, my account was blocked.
It turned out that supports accused me of chipdumping, as the side of which purposefully won money.
I categorically deny this fact. Unfortunately, I did not use trackers and I cannot attach the hands, but from memory I remember that I won money for sure against different opponents.
Some of them played strangely, but I associate it with tilt.
Since several people were betting preflop allins with 23 offsuit and A9 offsuit.
One player got two dead coolers in a row and apparently started tilting too, because after that he started playing very aggressively and bluffing a lot, which naturally made me adjust to this game.
All the money that I won, I won from different people at different tables in different game situations, so in this case, the accusations of chip dumping seems absurd to me.
On requests to argue their decision and provide distributions where, according to them, chip dumping was "used", I received only a few replies that their decision was categorical. Now I am emotional one. It is not funny to me. It is rude and unfair. I am sorry but money isn't just numbers.
I need:
1) clear facts about cheat dumping charges. I don't want the safety of my game to depend on random events.
2) normal supports who do not start to ignore you after two messages, answering as vaguely as possible.
3) detailed investigation of how legitimate the blocking of my funds is. And all of us will see that my money is only my money and my winnings. I could easily lose my money, but I won it, but now I lost it to the supports. What games do they play? I am a man of justice, and unscrupulous workers should know that I will find out what is going on.
This attitude of the room to the players, I think is not acceptable.
I wrote a detailed letter to the gambling commission and now I want to notify you about this situation.
The room does what it wants and any of you could be in my place. From the Telegram channel RedStar, several people contacted me with a similar situation.
According to them, they basically do not speak to the players and ignore all letters.
There are really a lot of weak or emotional players at the limit tables that I played, and the fact that the room thinks that playing with weak players is chip dumping is just a crap.
