All we can do is keep sending support that we have these problems. Just make sure you let them know up front that its 100% on ipokers side, several people at each table experience the disconnects at thesame time every day.

I'm truly shocked they actually give a damn.

Getting disconnections while playing €200 tourny on betfar. Tried chat who after nearly 10 mins put me on another queue. Phoned up, Told no problem at their end and it was definitely my computer issue. At the same time on chat, second operator is telling first operator "we are aware of the issue". Told the guy on phone he was a liar and hung up. What a bunch of ..ers.
Also told them they are advertising promos which have ended. I was told promo dept will sort out immediately. Today i was told they are off the site.Not sure which site they are referring to as they are still there.
They have a uk licence which i presume means they have to comply with uk laws and uk gaming commission. I will report to both when i get some time. Hope the rest of you guys do the same

Guys don't you realize that disconnections on ipoker have been going on forever? How can so many of you keep asking why that happens?

Im sure if you check on page 1 of the thread the problem is already mentioned. They don't care and won't care. You either live with it or leave.

I signed up for iPoker about 4 months ago. After getting used to the software I really liked the site. The games were ridiculously soft compared to what I play on Stars, the rakeback was good, and the traffic was ok too if I multi-sited. I was probably prepared to make it my main site, but then these disconnection issues started up. I've given it 3 months now and they're obviously not doing anything about it so **** 'em. I've withdrawn my roll and will take the mid-5-figures of rake that I'm going to pay over the coming year to other sites.

I have wondered this myself. Paddy's live support gave me this reason "we still have tournaments in USD" In what freaking universe? In my case i've moved my roll to another skin which allows to choose desired currency for your bankroll when you openning a new account.

ipoker is ****ing ******ed. When joining a hu table u should not have to post bb EVERYTIME , it should be random. How many times i get grimmed/day

I haven't been playing at Ipoker long, but it seems like the worst poker environment as far as the major sites go. People constantly grime and table camp and sit at tables alone with no intention of playing other regs.

The other sites have implemented policies where it works as a king of the hill system. Not everyone can sit at tables alone. That's for those that will start tables.

Grimming is not allowed at other sites. There is no official policy against it at Ipoker. Table camping is rampant.

Changes have been brought about at other networks because players spoke up, emailed the operators and their VIP support. It had to be done by a lot of people and continually.

If Ipoker wants to stay relevant in this competitive poker landscape they should enact policies that are good for the players and conducive to a positive poker environment.

I hope others are emailing support. I've started taking screen shots of players and marking down hh's of the grimes. VIP support says they are listening. If a lot of us continually request a better environment where grimming is not allowed, table camping is not allowed, and taking up tables with no intention of starting games is not allowed, perhaps there will be some changes for the better.

Hopefully we can work towards a positive change if we want to see the games continue to do well for the long term at Ipoker.

Cash games on iPoker are gradually dying. Players such as Stuart Rutter (bowlerina12/forgoneconclusion/listenmate etc) are single handedly ruining the network; by waiting for fishes via table camping for 12+ hours a day and grimming anybody that they play a hand with HU. This kind of behaviour has encouraged other bumhunters to do the same, it has made it a very unfriendly environment and nobody wants to play anymore.

Tables got closed whilst sat about 1 hour ago today (nothing new) and it looks like I'm missing funds. Anyone else?

while I agree with you to some extent, there are definitely regs that will start games at 5/10.

The software and changes to the RB structure are far worse though, imo.
