In "My Account" in "Cash table history" make the button "Download history files for selected period".
Sometimes speedpoker histories missing (about 3-4 hands on 1000) and it is very hard to get inside each session and press download button.

I contacted them regarding some similar issues. The more people that contact them, the better it is. Because then they will understand it is more than a couple of people. For me I am unable to act until my time bank starts. If my time bank is finished, I might get to fold unintentionally.

If you have career goals that stretch further than 1knl (and you really should as this is an absurd career ceiling to aspire to long term) then have an exit strategy if you care about your future. In 2 years time I can't even imagine how bad it will be. They could just cap everything at 400nl eventually. Only sites that cater for higher are Stars/Ftp and 888 somewhat (who are a law unto themselves and who knows what they end up doing). Amaya having just bought Stars should also make alarm bells ring.

When I started out it was fun knowing that there is no ceiling (there was within myself and my own limitations skill wise or whatever) but to see people playing 10knl+ was an aspiration, now you can dream to be....a msnl grinder with no room for growth which could all be taken away from you at any point by greedy sites who only care about the rake machine and have no interest in poker. Sure 2kNL+ won't run anymore... Can't say I've seen many of those games run the past two years or so. When they do it's 5 guys on a massive bumhunt while soft playing each other.

In the lobby seated players doesnt update correct. Its very common on a table with a tablecamper that a fishname also appears. But there isnt a fish at the table. Anyone with this problem and know how to solve it?
