An overlooked bonus is the referral you can generate. At raketherake, if you give a friend's RTR member number as a reference, they will receive a cut ( 2-4% IIRC). The cut doesn't come out of your 27%,,, it's out of RTR coffers.

I generate under $100 of referral income per month.... not much, but free money is free money, amirite?

Anyway, find a friend using RTR, get their membership number, use it when signing up with RTR and you both profit. BTW, the monthly RTR freeroll is sick easy to cash in.... boosting the 27%

I just love how pokerstars has both the "sit out next blind" and the check "auto post blind"

to stars noobs such as myself it confuses me when I am closing down and I somehow have 1 or 2 tables left that auto posts blinds just right when I leave. I'm pretty damn sure they did this on purpose so we "accidently" post blinds.

i hate how everyone on ftp bets 3.5x to open but everyone on stars either does 3 or 4x.

some people give away ridiculous amounts of information with their bet sizing

and generally I think that betting too little is a bigger mistake than betting too much (and many fish bet too little)
