secr23 wants me to go to paris with him for like 3 months after the barcelona tournament. i've never even been off the continent. what do you all think of this plan?

Believe me that you can do it better than me because Latvia and Estonia is very different countries - different languages, different alphabet etc (they are more similar to russia, we are more similar to finland). So I have to use english to find and contact the ISP but my english really sucks

But if you can find the names or addresses then maybe I can help you - Latvia is only 150 km south from my home (was actually 60 before but I moved north).
