Confirmed jerz. He helped me start tables and we talked for a bit. I wish best of luck to u jerz. You are the best

I was surprised he moved over since there aren't many 5/10+ games on FT. It should be interesting.
12-22-2010 , 01:09 AM
eh, I'm pretty sure he has enough money to comfortably play 5/10+ on both sites.
12-22-2010 , 04:56 AM
yeah confirmed its def jersey, played some 5/10 and some rush with him couple of days ago
12-22-2010 , 06:57 AM
What's awesome is I'm wearing my "I'M ON A BOAT" t-shirt.

Massive negative. The guy runs hotter than the sun and his play can best be described as random clicking. There is no range assignment to Jersey's madness. You have to say to yourself, "I have medium pair, I stack off vs Jersey." And move on. You try to put the guy on a hand range, and you will be lost for sure.

jersey is a lot of fun to play wit, i wouldnt say he is just rando clicking buttons, but you gotta be prepared for some swings if ur gonna play wit him, kids got balls

Do you know him? How come you are pretty sure?
12-22-2010 , 02:03 PM
No I don't know him or anything but I've def seen him in a few coaching vids playing 5/10 and 10/20 and I remember reading the msfr stars regs thread like a month or so ago and all of the stars regs were giving him props for playing 50/100. That said, I've never played with him and I don't know anything about his game.

if ptr is to believed he's punted off a lot if not all of those stars winnings at high stakes. he's like the MSFR version of isildur, except everyone just thinks he's a box.
12-22-2010 , 02:20 PM
he is a box

yeah I should have phrased that better. From my experience with him his steal-call-a-3bet-range is ATC, and he's kept that because he flops 2p+ 80% of the time.

Exactly. And when you raise him with AQ in a 3bet pot on a Q83 board, he promptly reraises the flop and after you say WTF and decide to flat, he promptly stacks you on the turn when his 99 gets there!!!!

If you still have that data can you tell me how many % of the time did you flop a set?
I think that's why I'm not winning money, or is this to trivial?

Another reason could be when you have AA, people don't stack off with KK all in preflop. Or when they go all in, they flop a K and bust you.

LOL. My set % during my break-even was 12.0%, which is fractionally higher than 11.8%. So obviously, irrelevant. I would have thought so too, since yesterday when I dropped over 10 BIs, many of the flopped sets ended up costing me my stack.
12-23-2010 , 01:33 PM
I find that my biggest losing sessions tend to have higher than average set %, I can only guess if theres a correlation
