Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $4.00 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Button ($422.60)
Hero (BB) ($396)
UTG ($412)
UTG+1 ($168.10)
MP1 ($400)
MP2 ($1059.10)
MP3 ($406)
CO ($52)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3, K
UTG+1 calls $4, 3 folds, CO calls $4, Button calls $4, Hero calls $2, UTG checks

Flop: ($20) 3, 5, K (5 players)
Hero bets $20, 1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $52, CO calls $48 (All-In), 1 fold, Hero raises to $392 (All-In), UTG+1 calls $112.10 (All-In)

New to the table so no read other than villain is halfstacked and limps utg.
I think his range here includes Kx, 46s, flushdraws, AA, 55. I am really only behind 55, so I stick it in, right?

I fold, we are not in great shape vs his range : AA, 5xdd, KK, 55, 33, K5s, K3s. When we are behind we are drawing to 2 outs, when ahead he got 125212 billion outs.

Board: Kd 5h 3d
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 44.318% 38.75% 05.57% 6905 992.50 { Ks3s }

LOL, you forget the first rule of this forum : if OP post a 100% standard hand, he was vs the top of the range of villain...

And you can be seen like a genius to give always the right advices vs villain hand.

If Villain had AK, 99, AQo and OP won the hand, OP doesn't post the hand...

That doesn't make sense, if your assuming that your playing against the top of the villans range then the only hand that has you beat is KK. The preflop action really doesn't suggest that he has that hand, I would expect him to get more on the table pre with King's.

Another factor to consider is the half stack, either he is short stacking (a) or he's on the losing end (b)

(a). Generally, the play would be consistent with AK, hit TPTK and get it in. Standard short stack play

(b). I would be wanting to apply pressure and therefore re-raise/shove him anyway with a hand which is either way behind KK or has the villan drawing AK/KQ/KJs

In either case shove

You nailed it. Probably wouldn't have posted if he didn't show up with 55.
