Hero ??

I hate that spot. He may have called me down with a flush draw and I don't really want to give him the opportunity to bluff me of my hand. So do I bet? Or is it check-call if he bets a resonable amount? Do you bet turn?

Villain is 16/5/1.5 over 1,200 hands

I'd expect a villian with a set or flush (+probably 2p) to raise the turn to make sure it all goes in. Villian may not bluff a missed flush since your hand looks like AA/KK too much and he'd expect a call

I think a value bet is best - $120 seems good. Fold to this villian if raised.

If you think my hand looks like AA and still want to bet 120$, what do you expect him to call me with?

Either b/f or c/c the river.

These aren't my stakes..at all..but i don't understand how C/C on the river is an option..

bet/fold seems to make more $$$ ..

villains range (that will call a river bet): 99-TT, AQ (with a one heart)

I'm assuming we're check/calling because you think villain will bluff the river with part of his range..i just can't think with which hands..

(serious question from a noob)..

c/c is kinda lame imo because most of his lesser-hand range has showdown value, so he'll be checking behind a lot.
