NL200 OOP set on flushed flop. NL200 OOP set on flushed flop.

10 handed 1/2 game.

Hero: BB (120$) 33
Villain: UTG1 (200$)

Action:

Villain raises to 12 (standard opening raise)

5 people call in front of me.

63$ in pot, 10$ to call with a SPP.

I figure this couldn't be a better spot to set mine. I don't even think about 3 betting here (wrong?), so I call.

Flop comes J63

73$ in pot and I'm first to act.

What does everyone else do??

Thanks guys

Simple c/shove. someone is bound to hit a J, or big FD. There are so many ways to get money in with sets, and being that you are 65BB deep this is a no brainer shove anyways. Donking is equally fine here.

Either c/shove or Bet/call $40, shove turns that are non hearts

We're getting 6:1 so easy setmining odds, so I'm at least calling. I'm guessing an argument could be made for squeezing here?

My first instinct was to ship the flop cuz it would suck if it checked thru. But vs 6 players I think it is highly unlikely this flop checks thru, so I think I'd like some dead money in the pot before I ship it. So I think I check/shove.

The squeeze was an interesting point, Something I only thought about doing after the hand was over. What would it do though? Are you tyring to get everyone out of the pot while you have a pair? or trying to build the pot for an even bigger score if you hit your set?

post flop, first to act, I snap shoved into 6 people on a 3 heart board.

Arguments for / against this play?

Its good because it chages draws, and hands like jX with a heart arent folding, particularly if the heart is Q or higher. Problem is you will be hard pressed if villain had an overpair wiht no heart to get a call.

I just think c/shove is the most optimal because you get value from worse and semibluffing villains may think they are priced in if they put $ into the pot before you shove. I think its worth the risk to check given there is 6 people in pot.
