CO is 23/17/inf. over 69 hands. UTG+1 is bad, 27/12/2 or so. He checked twice and my feeling (timing and gut) when I first raised CO's bet was that UTG+1 wasn't slowplaying a king so I wasn't worried about that. Thoughts?

Yeah, I like it :
- he can easily slowplay a K or a boat on the flop because people love to slowplay trips,
- you can be drawing dead,
- you raise on the turn when UTG+1 is still in the hand (so, you show more strenght) and he doesn't care,
- he can have a big combo draw (AdQd, QdJd) and you will be drawing very thin,
- if he wants to bluff, why didn't he bet the flop ?

If you really want to win this pot, a call looks stronger, and you can shove the river if he checks and gives up his bluffs.

whatever it is he's showing you he doesn't want to fold it, and I'd believe him lol

KT, TT and 22 is pretty much the only legit hands that makes sense with his line. Add a ton of bluffs to that range and he isn't repping much. Why would he play a weak king like this?

Granted I don't represent a whole lot either but I have the last say at this pot so I have the upper hand with my shove.

Is this how you'd play a K/boat?

The first raise, okay, the second over the top? I think its unnecessary, and now when you do bust this guy, you're just winning your money back...
Whats going to suck most, is when 4 hands later, someone else busts him! I hate that.

yeah the thing here is that even though his line looks sketch, your line looks absolutely full of ****

Yeah but he will never have anything that can call me besides a pocketpair that he decided to turn into a bluff. Unless he has a monster ofc.

with only 69 hands on villain. assuming he is going to play trips in a way that makes sense would be a mistake. it is likely he thinks any king is the nutz and was slowplaying on the flop.

yeah but you can't add a ton of bluffs to his range because that would make no sense for him to bluff this way

He is really aggro! Thats a reason.

I guess I got lucky/had a good gut feeling in this hand since no one likes it; he folded to the shove.

after 69 hands an inf AF is meaningless

He has played 16 hands without ever calling after the flop so it says something and it's also the only thing I have to go after.

that was not included in the OP so it was assumed that you were not paying attention and going solely on his stats.

It was! 23 vpip over 69 hands = 16 hands. Altho he might not see the flop all those times so it'll be a little less.

I'd like this more if the board wasn't already paired.

As is, I can't say I like it much at all unless you have a much better read than "aggressive over a small sample."
