Monster Draw on the flop - what sizing should we pick?

Live £1/2

MP (£800) opens to £10
Hero (£500) 3b AQss to £40 in the cutoff
Button is a short stack who jammed for his remaining £95
Folded to the MP who called
Hero called
Pot: £288

Flop: Ks Td 3s
MP checked

I think a bet is in order here - what sizing should hero pick?

Torn between 125ish and a slight overbet shove. I guess because the main pot is protected $125 makes more sense.
