if he has a pfr of 5% then he can have a lot of hands here including any pocket pair 66+ all of which have u crushed and wont fold to shove. also he can have any 9 all of which will call.

yeah if the guy is 40/5 he could have anything here. Usually someone with those stats is pretty passive with marginal hands after the flop too no? I don't think you have much beat here
