$1/2 game. Effective stack is 348

I have 76 hearts

I'm in small blind, a bunch of ppl limp, button raises to $16, and me, 2 MPs call. So we're 4 ways to flop with 66 in the pot

Flop comes 759 with 2 diamonds

Checks around and button bets out $32. I call wth 7 and gutshot, MP calls and everyone else folds. Pot is now 162

Turn comes 759 [8] with 3 diamonds completing the flush

I check, now MP leads out for $100, button folds, and now back on me. What should I do?

Fold 90% or 3b 10% pre flop.

And you will not find yourself in this situation praying to the poker gods your V is an idiot

Flop is probably a fold.
Turn is probably a fold.
If you call turn and he jams river now what?

Preflop fold or raise and mostly fold. Your not deep enough to be calling the $16.
Flop favors a fold because the board is too ugly wet. Even if you catch a non-diamond 8 this puts 5789 on the board. Even if nobody has a higher straight it will be hard to get paid.
Turn really favors a fold unless you know MP is aggressive enough to be bluffing. Very few players will bluff when a flush hits multiway, the bet here is usually a straight seeing what happens or a flush.

You need to be deep to play hands like 76s OOP to a raise. The medium and low suited connectors will get too many flops like this, where you caught a little piece of the flop but not enough to justify sticking around.

If BTN is opening a wide range here, 3bet pre.

If BTN is tight and so you don’t want to 3bet then just fold pre.

Call is worst option pre because you’ll almost certainly be in ultimate worst position and worst relative position 4ways on the flop.

As played, you have to fold on flop. Too many people left to act behind you, and you only have 2 outs to trips, and 3 somewhat clean outs to the straight, plus it will be difficult to get paid if the obvious 4-liner comes in. Your 3 non-flush completing straight outs also aren’t clean because you lose to JT.

Fold turn. You’re chopping at best and losing very often.
