What play adjustments to make at various different blind structures like live nlhe 2/5, 3/5 and 5/5?

How do the rake sizes factor in those adjustments?

I don't consider there to be that much of a difference between 2/5 and 5/5 NL blind structures, if all else is equal (stack depths, max buy-ins, straddling preferences, etc.). In 5/5 there's a bit more dead money in the middle so you could size up your pre-flop raises, e.g. 4x, 5x, or higher with limpers.

On the rake structure piece, I will say that I don't make any large adjustments to my play, i.e. in most spots you should be playing similarly regardless of the rake. Unless the rake is excessively high, in which it might be difficult to beat. That said, typically the way I think about this is if the rake is a high % but capped (let's say 10% of pot capped at $5, and +3 for BBJ/tip), you want to avoid playing many random small pots. The lower the stakes, the more this is true. I might open up my 3-bet or 4-bet range slightly, especially with a no-flop no-drop rule. With a time rake structure, I might be more ok with playing more marginal hands in position that typically don't want to be seeing huge pots due to reverse implied odds (like smaller suited connectors).

More can be said on rake structure of course.
