This is a call. Just count your combos. You're beaten by six combos. You need 30% to break even. Can you come up with a likely range where this is a fold? I doubt it. Adding just AA makes it a call and he has to have a wider range than that. Also if he cant have AA in his flop range then he also can't have 77 in his preflop range.
Side pot muddles things but I can't imagine this is a math fold.
...I assume you're talking to me...
If your combos are correct, then obviously it's a call. If we're up against anyone who isn't "ABC," or, "Super nit," it's a call. We have a disagreement about the combos.
Let me ask you this op - you seem to have history with the villain in this hand. Have you EVER seen him ship that much money on a draw before? That's the key question here. Based on your, "ABC," read I'm assuming you've pretty much close to never seen him make a move like that? If that's so, then I'm not giving him credit for a draw here until he shows me he's capable of shoving a draw (unless he's on monkey tilt or something). Period.
If I'm up against an ABC villain who has never shown any capability of shoving a draw in this spot, then I stand by my original "I'm folding confidently," statement b/c he can only have a set here. And yes, it's very possible to put all kinds of live villains on extremely narrow ranges if you have enough history and they aren't creative.
