Am officially joining the "be a fatty like slim" club.

Don't care tough, still roguishly handsome, childless, and terrible at poker. Trifecta imo.

First outside run (awesome day today) in 3 months. Surprised I made it less badly than when I was running twice a week.

Deloading has merits, ime. It has helped immensely with hitting PR's after plateauing. I deloaded for 1 week before starting a new cycle and have hit PR's in all my lifts the past 2 weeks.

Week 5 day 6:

Weight: 228lbs

Total loss of 16lbs

new to the thread since i just started a weight loss prop bet (actually is part of a prop bet involving poker also)....

that Sol guy took a lot of heat for basically saying something that almost everyone universally acknowledges nowadays... that a focus on weight loss isn't really the best metric for health. sure, it is correlative with many diseases and improved quality of life.. but it isn't the BEST or most efficient options to track/correlate. sounded like he could have come off a bit less douchy in his approach, but the fact of what he was saying was accurate and i got the impression that his heart was in the right place.

carry on... and good luck.

I agree that a lifestyle approach is a more effective and ultimately better solution for overall health. But his approach and post was one of many in a long history of condescension.

Would probably bet I can eat 10k in a single 24 hour period (and not purge it) and still make 220 lbs by 6/1. I'm 228 now.

Hmmmm....that's tempting but I can't eat that much food in one day. It would have to be some seriously high calorie meals.

Hash, eggs, toast, side of extra bacon. Side of pancakes or waffles for breakfast.

Wings, with a Reuben and fries, Beer or two for lunch. Alternatively, perhaps a bunch of sushi rolls as they add up quick.

High calorie smoothie

Bacon, mushroom, onion, cheese burger with an egg and fries.

Moar beer

That's gotta be close.

Two bloomin onions and like 60 wings with blue cheese. Don't even need drinks.

I ate all items on the McDonalds menu in a day once when I was advertising them in the 90s.

Couldn't do it now given the proliferation of options but in those days there were five main burgers plus the snack burgers and four main breakfast items. We had to do one of each drink as well and it was the milk shakes that hurt the most and I remember the veggie burger being disgusting

We met at 7 and ate every three hours, while walking around London visiting stores. Was a load of fun. We got it all done by 7 then started drinking and went for a late night curry for the lols

Would be fair to say that my guts weren't in great shape for a few days after

I'm sure I could do this, but if I had a choice, I'd want more variety. Chocolate covered almonds would be on the list.

What about like a tag-team comp where you have to eat a combined 18k calories?
