Fkc....I think I may be beginning to enjoy running. Takes about a half mile to settle in, but after that I kind of like the 'zone' focus, introspection, and pushing myself.

My knee is unhappy with my run on Monday. I was planning to go for one tonight too, but will see how it feels.

Best solution for weight IME is fasting.

You can get all of your nutrients and live off of one big meal a day.

It's painful as **** when you're not eating for 20 hours, but coffee will help subside and supress a lot of the hunger.

I've seen arguments for both sides of fasting with exercise. Still not convinced that I wouldn't lose lean body mass instead of fat.

Ran 10 offroad, it was cold and windy and I'm a big p****. Several body parts didn't particularly cooperate.

Meal 2: herbed rice, chicken in vindaloo, 2oz white fish in tomato, half veggie burger w/ no bun

Workout:
3×5 deadlift - PR'd
5 mile cycle
2 mile run
