30 min walk around my hood after I woke up, ate breakfast (the meal replacement shake you posted ITT), then went and lifted. Currently doing this program called "60 days to fit"

You definitely have a similar service near wherever you are. Just look up meal prep service in your area on the Google.

Back to my original weight and then some after a party heavy weekend. On the plus side my back is feeling better after the tranqs and some stretching so I'm back on the workout lath

Did a HIIT run today for 18 minutes and change (not including 10 min for warm-up and cool-down). Back in the gym tmw to lift, brah.

Also ordered the optigrill on Amazon, will arrive this week.

Struggling a bit. Didn't get off of work until 830 last night. Made it to the gym at 9 and got in an hour of climbing before they closed

I'm expecting a similar trend for the next few months.

Hoping I can start convincing myself to wake up early and run a few times a week.

Today I woke up, went for a half hour walk around the hood, had breakfast shake (16oz skim milk, 2 scoops whey, cup raw oats, tbsp natty pb, banana), lunch was buffalo chicken bowl from meal prep, grinded, had 2 servings almonds, had dinner which was pepper steak from meal prep then hit the gym for a late night lifting sesh.

Buffalo chicken bowl:

Back on track now, got rid of the water weight from the weekend's festivities, back to 195.

Would have gone off to the gym this morning but had a rough night (not partying) and got very little sleep. So it's off to lift at lunch.

I've had burgers for dinner 7 nights running. Pretty sure that's a personal record. Kinda feel bad about it and hope to put a stop to it tonight.

A little over 5'10 and I'm typically ~178lbs give or take. I'm guessing I'm a high percentage of body fat since I don't "work out" in any sense (other than just typical cardio experienced when playing sports).

Life is just busy right / weather is awesome after work, and so I'm just not getting into a habit of making time to make dinner (a poor excuse, I know).

Lolz, I was really going to be a good boy yesterday, I even bought some stuff for a salad on my bicycle ride after work. But then busy with stuff and wanted to veg at the ballpark with wife watching stepdaughters play ball before my late hockey game and... 8 days in a row with a burger, lolz.

And tonight is my poker night since I can't get out this weekend, and lolz I almost always burger it after poker. And tomorrow we're taking a stepdaughter out for her birthday dinner (maybe I'll order something different, lolz), then on Sunday a backyard BBQ for her with... hot dogs and burgers.
