I really like to do a wide array of sports stuff. As we age most of society seems to think we should grow out of this. I think its more of an excuse. Being overweight and losing coordination people "lose interest" in those types of things.
We have one body that is destined to break down. Why not keep it working well as long as possible?

Ok everyone, let's not FREAK OUT! I haven't eaten a ton of fast food since I posted that. In fact, the only fast food joints I've gone to are Taco Cabana (super late night) and Chic-fil-a (on the way to the casino when I'm trying to avoid rush hour traffic) and one could argue both of those have higher quality ingredients than most fast food and are more like fast casual.
So I'm mostly eating fast casual. Does that mean I am eating healthy? Absolutely not. Here is what my diet has mostly consisted of lately (note, I eat just 2 times a day):
TacoDeli - 3 or 4 tacos: sirloin, egg, and cheese; potato, egg, and cheese, or an Otto (refried black beans, cheese, bacon, avocado).
The Halal Guys - Beef platter: A couple of scoops of beef over a couple of scoops of rice served with 3 small pita breads, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and extra white sauce. I suppose if I ate this with chicken it would be a bit healthier but it's not my fault they overcook their chicken.
I get a gourmet pizza every Tuesday. Not healthy.
Wing Stop - 8 wings, regular fries, baked beans
BBBop Seoul Kitchen - Get a rice bowl with chicken or steak and various vegetables and scrambled egg in it. I'm not sure how healthy this is but it feels healthier than anything else I eat.
Chic-fil-a: 12 nuggets and fries.
Taco Cabana either a steak burrito, a steak bowl, or a taco meal which comes with a side of rice and beans and extra tortillas.
I'm probably not getting enough veggies. I do eat some gummy vitamins everyday and still get my protein shakes..although now I've been eating them as a snack or perhaps as a 3rd meal and ideally they would still just be like a 2nd meal.
I am not working out at all. I don't really see myself doing any physical activity in the future so I'm not worried about that but at the same time I don't want to be fat. I just weighed myself and I weighed 132lbs. Does this mean I gained weight? Possibly not. I weighed myself later in the day today. If I weigh myself at 135lbs or greater then I will go back on the diet. My 30" jeans are still quite loose on me. It would still be nice to get down to 120lbs or less.

I have mixed thoughts on this. I enjoy food a lot but I don't want to be fat again.
