dagnabbit, this is such bad timing! I have a flight at 2.40pm Australian, which is 9.40pm LA and have an hour long drive to the airport and need to get there 40 mins early.

my only hope is to be able to watch LATB from my iphone

partly in response to my own timing but partly because it'll be fun anyway, what are the chances that somebody could watch/transcribe/post a topline history on each hand for posterity?

eg Hand 1. UTG opens 25, MP calls, ILCD 3 bets (qq) 80 from SB, Call Call. Flop J 4 3 rainbow. ILCD bets 150, fold fold, Pot + 165

I'm forced to move this week, (only 1.5 blocks) couldn't get the bills switched over by Friday, so I'll be sitting in my current house w/ only a camping chair, a cooler, and my laptop rooting on our horse!

I had a hunch that he might do this. That makes it a much better viewing experience imo. He's by far the best commentator/color man.

It's a cool move on his part to come in on a Friday and add that much more to it.

I talked to the show host a few weeks ago about it and she said she put the most popular commentator (Bart) in specifically because of the Situation, so yes, correct!

I won't speak for the actual stakers, but to me the consensus during that discussion seemed to be that since you're a reg in the game (you are, right?) it would be okay because it's business as usual. I think the objection was more to people who were planning to travel/play in the game specifically to be on the same show as ILCD rather than "letting him have his moment." Again, obviously the opinion of others ITT matters more than mine, but that's how I saw it.

Agree with APD. Aseah is Don, a clean cut young man who's played in a lot of the LATB programs this year. He also has an interesting thread in "Poker Goals and Challenges".

I think mpethy should wear a tuxedo and dark glasses. ILCD should min-buy when the game starts so he can top up when the cameras start rolling.

To rebuy/top up, ILCD simply holds up one finger and mpethy comes over with an aluminum attache case, opens it, and places a rack of yellows at ILCS's elbow.
