time difference wouldn't be too extreme either for way there, given I have to wait 3 hours between arrival on international flight and departure of Vegas flight. Could also lay down and get some zzs which would be A1. Numbers didn't quite add up - if I was travelling with one other, I'd probably have done it

I got booked for UFC 199 in LA followed by another gig there for a week. Wont be back in Vegas till middle June. Will have to settle for playing at Commerce and Bike.

Been there.

Place was fine except the TV broke midway through my stay and they never fixed it. They did wave resort fee.

If I remember correctly, you probably won't actually be staying in the casino hotel. They'll probably toss you back to the Motor Inn on the street behind Circus Circus. I protested that and was able to stay in one of the towers.

That said, it was still like a 15-minute walk from my room just to the strip.
