I think your river decision is awful. There are 2 reasons to bet the river:
1. To get a worse hand to call or raise.
2. To get a better hand to fold.
With 410 in the pot, what better hand folds for 175? Practically speaking, none. Maybe AA. But it's pretty clear that's not what he has.
What worse hand calls? Hands that contain a jack. Or QQ.
Here's the rub: lot's of worse hands that would fold to 175 would bet the river if you checked representing the straight. It's called inducing a bluff.
You should try it sometime.
