My sweet spot is 4-5, 4 hour sessions a week. Any more I start to feel unmotivated / don't concentrate as well as I should be.
What works for you guys?

as a live perfessional I aim for 1800-2100 hrs per year.
I then reverse engineer how I get em.

I prefer longer sessions on the days I play...10 or 12hrs so I can have more free days. Comes easily for me as long as I'm rested...if I'm not rested I usually don't play.

I'm at about 50-60hrs a month right now, but I'm also working on my PhD and that's taking up the majority of my time. When I only have poker to play I'm usually at around 120 hrs a month, usually around 1500 hrs a year. I get super restless if I'm sitting longer than 6 hrs so 120 hrs a month can be a bit of a challenge for me even if I'm otherwise free.
