Live Casino 2€/2€, what should I've done?

Hello, I was at the casino today and joined the 2/2 table with 200€.
It went a couple of hands and I just saw the villian play 1 hand, with 5-7off.. Then it went like 10-15 hands without playing anything. I thought he was kinda tight..
I was at the button and he limped in, one raise behind 120. I called, so did the villian.
Pot: 400.
Hero: QKs.
Flop : 44Q.
Villian: Raise 120
Hero: Call.
Pot: 640.
Turn: 7
Villian: check
Hero: check
River: K
Villian: Raise 320
Hero: all-in
Villian: Call with K4.
What did I do wrong here?

Everything good until the river. River is just a call. You absolute hand strength went up (a little bit) but your relative hand strength didn't. He is only calling the river raise with a 4 (beats you) or a K (chops, so no point in raising. Just call.
