Game has been playing very loose preflop. Not uncommon to see 5-6 players call a preflop raise.

3 limpers then Villain(@$200 behind) on button limps, SB completes, and Hero is in BB with AJ (@$400 behind) checks his option.

Flop: J42

SB checks, Hero leads for $15. Folds to Villain who calls. SB(very aggro) check raises to $45, Hero and Villain call. 3 handed to turn.

Turn: 7

SB checks, Hero checks. Villain thinks for a minute. I was getting the vibe that he might just check b/c he at not point was counting his chips, and then shoves for his last @$150.

SB folds, Hero?

Brief History with villain: He'd only been at the table for about an hour or so. Bought for $200, lost most of it, and wound stacking his last $75 to hero a few hands earlier with 74o on a JJ7 flop. Ironically, Hero had AJ in that hand as well.

Grunch

6 limpers means $12 pot OTF. I wouldn't over bet the flop even with the FD. We don't have very good position and I don't want to bloat the pot already and face this situation.
OTF, SB could be reraising with a host of hands, FD, pair and a draw, weird 2pr, TP hands. The flop seems like more of a decision point than the turn IMO. We are holding the A, so if villain is building the pot with FD, then we have a redraw if a diamond falls. I can't quite put my finger on why, but I want to either raise the flop or fold. I don't like calling a strong CR after I lead out a PSB and am called on this board.
As played OTT, if villain has a flush or set, then you're drawing pretty thin and getting basically 3-1 pot odds with one card left. We probably have 15-20% chance of winning the pot IMO. I would fold.
