If you think he's not a total idiot he probably realizes his line looks really goofy so he usually has it. River is a very clear bet though, c/c seems awful.

Such a weird line, I do agree with others that people usually don't bluff with these lines, But then again it's Live poker and you see some ******ed things. I would end up calling as well in real time, which might be a leak.
