I think at this point the cookbook says fold. (Which is weird because I don't think i'm ever folding here, though I think it's the right play.) Your goal here is to think one step ahead of him. Since both ranges are skewed towards monsters, if you call to setmine, he's going to be wary of cards that give your range sets. So it may seem like a good way to try to bluff him off KK/AA if the board comes out with a 10 or a Q, but bluffing someone off a strong range is never a winning strategy in the long run. Plus he could have the hand that you are trying to rep. I also highly doubt that you are ever going to get his whole stack since he's if your set does come out (which you need to in order to setmine here). Though being in position does make it a bit easier. Which means that you should try to bluff him if scare cards come out. (Insert recursive loop here until head explodes)
Since ranges are so tight, I think this is just a math question and therefore a fold. If there was a normal TAG to LAG 3-bet dynamic then its a call.
Once you get to 5/10 solid reg wars, preflop questions on this forum lose their value a bit honestly since we don't have all the information you do.
