Hey guys,

This is a 2-5 NLHE game in a club I play in. The session has just started with people buying in for $400. It's 6-handed at the moment.

Players are mainly tight-passive as they are more used to playing 10 handed, and don't adjust sufficiently.

Cutoff on this hand, I don't know much about since it's just the start of the session. I do know that he plays in higher limits games (up to 20-40 NL) but don't know if he is a winner or loser in those games.

I picks up a A A on the button.

Preflop: 2 folds, CO raises to $25, Hero calls $25, SB and BB fold.

Flop: A 2 5 (Pot: $57)
CO bets $40, Hero calls $40.

Turn: T (Pot: $137)
CO checks, Hero bets $80, CO raises to $240, Hero goes all-in.

So like
Is the flat call preflop standard? I'm usually calling 70%, re-raising 30% here. Do those percentages look right?
Flop call standard?
Turn bet - how is the bet sizing here? How often should I check the turn and hope for a river bet?
Turn - obv shove over his check-raise, amirite?

Pre-flop I think the percentages are 100% dependant on the game that you are in, but if this one is tight-passive and it just started I like the flat call a less % of the time. Nitty live players love calling small re-raises, and you want to build this pot with the hand you have since you are only 80bb deep.

Flop call is standard assuming you started the hand with $400.

Bet size is perfect on the turn because you are shipping it in on any river.

Turn shove is fine considering he only has $100ish behind.

Thanks! If you were going to re-raise preflop, how much would you make it? $75? I think a re-raise to $60 already allows easy pot commitment, but maybe that would be too suspicious.
