I am in the BB with 89

Villian is on the button. He seems to play pretty ok, but is very loose, I have seen him show some very trashy hands down from alot of different postions.

Five limpers, I check to a flop of

4710

I bet $10
One caller
The cutoff raises to $30
The villian raises to $100
Folded to me

I have $270 behind, and the villian covers.

Hero?

Your straight outs are probably good, but I wouldn't count on the flush outs being good. You're likely against a possible set and Ad 10d in the worst case scenario and your odds aren't so good there. I'm not too sure I like calling, but the only other options are shoving or folding. You might be about to fold out the CO, but that might be the dead money...tough situation.

Also this should go into small FR

yes, wrong forum. gross, against one villain is the std shove. I fold here. You may be drawing dead to the ATdd. IF you are live, it's really thin. You have ZERO FE and are basically boned. Fold it only losing $12 and not your stack.
