KK in early position, i raise to 10$ and get 1 caller. villain is on button.. villain is a splashy type LAG player.. stack sizes villain 190$ hero 240$...board comes 9c 9s 7c... paired board with possible flush draw. pot is at 22$ hero bets 18$ villain re raises to 40$ (pot 80$) i tank for about a minute and try to analyze his body posture/tells calculate pot odds and try to put him on a range... as a live player i usually go with my gut feeling, and i didnt put him on a 9... flush draw/A7 10's jj's and maybe qq's... im getting very good pot odds to call here, so i call the remainder 22$ (pot 102$) something in particular that i noticed was after i called his heart was beating like crazy. i noticed his juggular vain was damn near beating out his neck..lol.. turn comes and its a 4h..
board is 9c 9s 7c 4h pot 102$.. hero checks?? or do i bet?? if so how much?? i decided to check to him, villain checks back which suprise me i must say. .. at this point im confident i have the best hand. river comes 4s so the board is 9c 9s 7c 4h 4s pot 102$.. i tank for a moment and im trying to figure out how i can get all his chips in the pot, so in my mind if he is on a bluff i can check here to induce him to shove or put in a sizable raise with his busted drawing hands, and or to make him think he has some showdown value if he is sitting on 10's jj's or qq's... villain shoves all in (140$) pot is 242$.. not good pot odds i admit, i decide to call .. i will reveal hand results after feedback.. my next question did i play this hand correct or should ther have been another approach i could of taken???

I think you played ok, checking river is better than betting imo, unless he has 7 lol, bad river card.

Ok he could have 9 but most likely bet turn does he want to give you free card for flush to come in?

He could even have a cheeky 4 but would he not bet small for value as there is not much worse that can call, like a 7 or Ace high?

This is a call I think expect to see missed draws, if he has AA then good luck to him, he almost never has a 9 imo, played it crap if he did...

Good pot odds considering you have under reped Ur hand vs LAG, it's not like you never see bluffs here, he is representing very little

If you intend to c/c river, then call river don't worry about the result too much
