Hello everyone, thank you for taking a look. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Villian 1 (HJ) - 129 casual player
Villian 2 (SB) - 350 Tight man 83 years old, plays as straight forward as it gets.
Hero (MP) - 300 raising a good amount, playing LAG in position and TAG OOP

I open to 8 in MP with 9T HJ calls, SB calls and UTG calls. Pot is 32.

Flop is QK7spade: checked to HJ he makes it 11, SB calls and UTG folds. My thought process at this point is that likely HJ has a weak king and SB called with a Q of some sort so I have implied odds to if I hit my J or another club improves my hand. I call. Pot is 65.

Turn is J checked to me I make it 55 HJ tanks and goes all in for 110 SB folds. I call

River is K I have a straight flush. My question is should I have C bet this flop because I was the original raiser and it sets me up if I hit my gutter ball?

Preflop the action is confused. How can UTG call if you opened the pot? If he limped in, then $8 isn't enough of a raise, something $12-$16 is better. At most 1/2 tables $8 is a small open bet anyway but if the table is on the tighter side then going $8 here occasionally with T9s is OK. If the table is loose either limp in or raise something more likely to get folds ($12-$15). If table is so loose that an open bet of $15 from MP won't fold most villains out, then don't open T9s.

Multiway, that is not a good flop for c-bet. Somebody is going to have a QX or KX most of the time and all you have on the flop is the inside draw and some back door potential. There is also a risk here if betting and getting raised off your weak draws. In fact, even calling the flop bet is questionable. If somebody is on a heart draw, your only drawing to 3 cards and somebody with AT makes a higher straight. If you do hit, the board is going to be very ugly and you might have trouble getting paid.

Turn bet is too big. You need to bet here because of the number of possible draws, but $35 give you a better chance of stringing worse hands along on a board that is now very scary. As it turns out, it didn't matter in this situation because HJ was waiting to get in, but it is important in general.

My apologies, the 7 of the flop was a spade not a heart.

I'm check folding or c-betting this flop. This is definitely not a good spot to check/call. Based on your villain descriptions, I'm probably c-betting in this spot if utg and sb are straightforward players and the hjs preeflop calling range is wide. I want to accomplish several things.

1) I'd like the hijack to fold so I have position the rest of the hand. we have several runner runner outs we could take a free card on the river with hj gone.
2) there's a chance no one has a king (especially since the preflop raise was so small and you have the blind and a limper calling)
3) there's a lot of cards we can double barrell on the turn that a straightforward player folds the Q to because he doesn't know if you'll bet river or not. Neither Bet has to be large sized, because other than J10 there are very few worthwhile draws.

Obviously the key in these spots is to know who is a station, who will look you up light, and who will peel a flop and then fold easily to a turn bet if they don't improve. Watching the size turn bets they fold to is huge too. I can't tell you how many times I've bet half pot otf and then third or quarter pot ott and gotten the fold. Whether we continue on the turn is dependent on the number of callers too. If you get more than one, you shut down.

I'm with everyone else. Not bad hitting the jackpot turn card, though. Haha. Nh.
