1/2 game. Hero has villian covered slightly. Villian in this hand is notorious for calling with draws post flop even when the price isnt right. Also calls pretty loose preflop too. Will always raise when she hits and bet when she is chasing or has medium strength hands. And she always seems to suck out on me FWIW. In this hand it folds to the cutofff who goes in for his last $19.

Button folds and hero calls with Kd10c in SB and V calls in BB.

Flop = 10h7h5s
Hero leads for $40
V calls $40

Turn = Qc
Hero shoves for about $65 of V's remaining stack.

My question here is 1) is calling with K10 in this spot a mistake? 2)And more so, is shoving the turn here a bad line?

My thought is that I am never too far behind the guy shoving for $19 and I can win a side pot from the loose fish bc she calls with a ton of hands pre. On the flop and I def want to protect my hand vs all the draws she could likely have. And on the turn the only hand I am really worried about is Q10 but I am still beating all here flush draws and straigh draws and I know she loves to play suited junky hands like this even when she shouldn't. I know she is probablly never folding the turn, but I feel like I beat most of her range. I guess if she had a deeper stack then I might check the turn for pot control.

Thoughts please with logic. Thank You.

Yes. KTo is not worth 1/5th of your stack, it is very likely to be dominated. You are never in good shape here.

I don't think so, as played you might as well ship it here. Her range includes worse T's and many draws that you want value from. Plus you have less than 1 PSB.

As stated this is wrong. Best case scenario you are flipping against 99, which is probably near the bottom of his range.

Muck pre. KTo is very hard to play OOP vs sticky players. Flop and turn seem fine.

Not a very good call preflop playing oop vs villain who seems to always be calling that bet

You want to put money in the pot when you're ahead, not when you're not too far behind.

KT isn't really a hand you want to be trying to value own fish with. Sure, it's better than her starting range, but you're OOP with an average starting hand. I'm sure you can find better spots than this to felt the fish. If she's playing that many hands, it shouldn't be too hard to play pots with her.

Plus, there's no guarantee that she's going to overcall pre. If she picks up like T5o, I doubt she's sticking $19 in. You're left playing a 60/40 all-in (or worse) for 10BBs as the underdog.

Betting flop and shoving turn seems pretty standard.

Fold pre, game over.

Calling pre is a huge leak.

This was probablly a situation where K10 looked better than it should have because I had been getting mostly rags for 3 hours so two face cards looked like monsters lol.

As played post flop is fine.
