limped pre, 3 bet flop, action OTT?

1/2 full ring saturday afternoon
Hero: mid 20s, 350$, has been playing really well for once. table chagned to this table about 2 hours ago. I think I played about 5 out of my first 10 hands that were ABC. opening pre with AK/AQ/KK going mutliways, and scooping OTF. really straightforward. pretty tAG otherwise
V: early 20s, 350$, he is confusing me. I have seen him limp UTG+1 with Q3 off and limp in MP with crap like 10-4. when I first sat down he had about 200. Since then, he has gone to about 300, and busted with unknown cards. he reloaded for 100$ only. He played one hand with AA to KK against the biggest mark at the table and they stacked off on a J-high flop. He has also value bet the river twice suppperr thin. He had like Ax9x on A77J5 that was 4 flushed to spades (he had no spade). not sure what he was thinking. The mark at the table called with a J lolz
