Yah, I'm getting that this was major spew. But, I'm still working my head around all the reasons why.
We had a player like that in our home games back in 95-Black Friday days.

His nickname was Kong & he made a ton of money on-line. He is now broke.

Cause you're an OMC who has a premium hand when he 4-bets?!

No one has addressed the fact that 3! suited Ax in position is terrible because it pushes out inferior flush draws. I don't mind the levelling war - you lose those sometimes - but you're costing yourself a huge multiway pot if you try to iso here.

So your LAG's 4! cold range includes JJ and AK... Seems reasonable to have an extended value range if he's LAG and he thinks you're often FOS. But does he really fold any of it to your 5bet? A lot of bad LAGs aren't capable of folding AK preflop, for any amount of money.

You have somewhere between 27 and 30 percent equity when you get it in (depending on what his stacking off range is)... I'm too lazy to run the exact numbers, but with what's in the pot versus what you're risking, you need him to fold approx. 50 percent of the time to get around break-even. If he 4-bets JJ and AK and folds both, and stacks off with QQ+, I guess you're OK. If he calls you with all those hands anyway, (I bet you the thinking goes something like "f it, I've got JJ, what have you got?"), he needs to 4 bet/fold hands like AQ, AJ, KQ... you get the idea. You'd see him cold 4-bet A LOT if that's really his range.

And don't forget, even if the stars align and he's bet-folding AK/JJ and bet-calling QQ+, you're not making a large profit, but you are risking 400 bb's.

My guess is, you don't have to 5-bet bluff this guy. OK, we have established that he's not your regular LLSNL nit who only has KK+ in this spot, and sure, he could be a wizard and you need to balance your 5-bet range with bluffs, but the reality is this guy probably falls in love with his hands and is stacking off a lot more than he should once he 4-bets, so just get it in against him KK+ and profit off his unbalanced stacking off range.
