Villain was the former whale of the house but has improved a lot. Now plays decently well unless he is against hero. He is a 20 year old Asian and he can't help getting frustrated and putting his Ego on the line vs me. Our history is largely in my favor as I constantly outlevel and out play him. He does not know or understand poker theory so when he levels it can be really random. Does not 3b light when not tilted, liable to get out of hand on tilt
Hero is a 21 year old LAG, recently won a decent side pot after 3bing AQ over an all in and c-betting a J high board vs villain
HH
4 handed I raise to 12 with 57o on Button, V calls
46Qhh
V donks 20 I call
Turn Ad
V bets 25 I call
River Kh
V checks I bet 100 he tank folds I muck
About 3 hand later on the final orbit he straddles to 4 UTG I raise JTs from Sb to 20 he 3bs to 50 I peel and miss on a Q high rainbow board and he jams around 150 I fold.
Next hand I'm in the button 2nd to last hand of the night and raise to 12 Sb calls and V 3b to 50 has 210 behind I cover, what is our 4b range here? V seems to be tilting and is probably not folding no matter what.... Gamble gamble

And yes I know the JTs hand was a horrible peel but I felt he was light, going to jam and I was committing to a pair, still not worth it though

4b range should probably look something like 88+, AJs+, AQo+... But its hard to say with much certainty. You should have a better idea of exactly how tilted he is than any of us will. What do you think his 3b range is?
Not really sure what your question is as far as the original HH. Fold pre. Fold flop.... Glad it worked out for you though.

That HH was just a background to explain the dynamic going on, no question. I'm having difficulty building a range here I expect he would 3b most pairs here, some random suited hands, and big Broadways. Along with maybe the occasional Ax. His range felt super wide due to game flow

I don't see the point of 4! light here. He has 20% of his stack in there. The only FE you have is with a jam. I don't see why he is tilting. You took $50 off him and he came right back and took $50 off you.

I take it that this is a home game. If so, the dynamics of the game will differ, often greatly, from public game. When short handed, your ranges should open up. In addition, when the game is ending shortly, people will play very differently especially when down for the night. Since most posters do not regularly play under such conditions, your answers may vary considerably from what is optimal.
