KQo preflop in early position

Do you raise, limp or fold it? 2-5 NL 150BB live full ring game. Here are a couple of examples of quagmires I've gotten myself into:
1) Came in for a raise, got called by a tight player in middle pos and a kid in late pos. Flop comes Q 8 6 rainbow. I c-bet, tight guy calls, kid folds. Turn is 10, I check to keep the pot small, villain bets and I call. River is 9, I check and he bets again. Since this guy plays tight pre-flop, I decide there's almost nothing I can beat and fold.
2) I open limped, got two other limpers plus the blinds. Flop comes Q J 10 two clubs. BB fires $20 into $25 pot, I call, the two limpers call, the SB folds. Turn is another Q and BB shoves for $250 into $105 pot. With two people still behind me I decide to fold, but they fold as well. One could easily argue I played this hand wrong on every street, so flame on.

fold in utg/utg+1 unless you got a dead on read on all players at the table, and I mean mind reading Dead On.

Meh I raise KQ always, and it doesn't seem to be a big problem. If there are an insane number of agros at the table, you can fold it
