KK v 3 villians pre and post 1/2 KK v 3 villians pre and post 1/2

Im a younger college player, recently began rounding live cash games again (charity venues) at 200NL 1/2 against villian's I do not recognize. Idk if it helps but two were wearing business suits and the other basic street clothing (MP). Business guy very talkative and one had shown he limp-calls $20 pre with 25s UTG as first to act after the bet.

Effective stacks, save me covering them.

The hand:
Dealt KK on button. 25s fish limps UTG, MP bets $10, Hijack calls. I raise to $35 and all three call. Obv. worried about the ace hitting flop etc.

Flop 567 rainbow. Checks around. I tank for a minute and use what reads I gather to peg hand ranges. C-bet $55, UTG folds, MP shoves $165 total (again preflop better), Hijack folds. IMO it looked like AK to him being held by a college kid not knowing what to do, and preflop better could hold a hand like 1010 or JJ deciding to see flop and take it from there. Opt the call.

Rolls 78s (top pair open ender for 13 outs)and we run it twice. Lose 75% of pot.

Sorry if post is noobish because...i am a noob to this still. 200NL regs your opinions? Torn between:

1) Against three players and lack of history, checking flop to see turn esp. when that board hit the fish's ranges. Yes risk a draw getting there, but if gamble works out less likely to call that $55 bet on turn with a draw, and see if one of them bets turn and read it for hand strength. And if draw completes, curse the world and fold knowing i have a good 10 hour session left to stack them in later hands.

2) Make the play I did to get the info.

This is a call with an over pair. It isn't a lock that you're ahead, but on this board you will be often enough to be +EV.

When my 3bet gets called in 3 places that's when I begin to think about shutting down with KK UI.

The flop is pretty good though, and along with the information that its HU now, I go ahead and put my stack in here.

With the muliway nature of the pot and the villains' general looseness, I prefer a bigger 3bet.

What are the effective stacks, $200?

If so, the pot is ~$140 and we have just over a PSB left of $165 with an overpair. I'm not sure how we can do anything other than close our eyes and shove the flop, no? I mean we can't bet half pot $70 and then fold with these stack sizes (we'd be getting almost 4:1), so I just get it in right away (especially knowing that QQ-88 are going to have a tough time folding).

ETA: I might even 3bet preflop a little more (say to $40 given there is already a limper, raiser and caller) and in this case that would happen to make our shove on the flop even easier (being exactly a PSB).

Pot reraise pf is $45 I think, $35 isn't terrible ofc. This is a bad flop but bet call is fine since pot is so big. Stop trying to win pots tomorrow that you lost yesterday.

looks ok, cbet a bit more I think you are pretty much committed once you bet this flop, flop is a snap call as played poor players show up with 88-QQ SO much in this spot IME.
