$1/2
All around $300 behind. No one super short or super deep.
Just sat at table no history with any
Utg villian seems to be extremely Lag from few hands I've seen. In 2 orbits he's played 75%of hands. Most taken down to a 12 pf raise and cbet flop.

Hero- 260behind in HJ

Hero- dealt KcKs
Utg straddle to 5 (has us slightly covered)

2 Limpers
Hero makes it $35

Utg calls (straddler)
Limper folds.

Flop QhTh3x.

Utg check.
Hero bets $50
Utg raises to $110.

Should hero fold or jam?

Pot the flop. This board is way too drawy to fold. I'm alarmed that he made a minraise rather than just CRAI, but that alarm is not strong enough to make me fold against a LAG in this spot.

Which is $230 after V's raise to $110, + H's $60 call, so Pot bet is: $350? Or, $290? Not much difference, since it appears Hero started with ~$260.00

I'm in your camp all the way - V sees 75% of the flops! I'm ALL-IN !

Bob meant bet 80 imo. When I first saw this I wasn't sure either. Hard to fold to V description.

That's what I ended up doing.
The min raise kinda confused me. But I jammed and got snap called by TT

Afterwords I didn't think there was much way of getting away from kings there.

I can't fold with the stack you started with. I thought V was capable of the flop c/r with AQ, KT, J9, KJ etc.
We only had to worry about QT & sets having us beat on the flop. Isn't that 18 hands?

Bad beat.

20 hands and no information? That can't be the case.

PF: OK

F: Heads up. Pot is $80. SPR is 2.8. Seems pretty straight forward against a V that "seems to be extremely Lag". Our SPR is 2.8; we should be committed. Time to shove. Never folding in this spot.

I meant as in past history. 1hr of play =/= knowing certain betting pattern exploits etc.

Edit: I thought it was pretty standard . Just wanted to get some second opinions, making sure I wasn't just getting too attached to my overpair

Some people don't c/r with 1 pair or worse. Some people c/r draws. It's difficult to tell when the Vs are unknown.

I used to sit at 1/2 with the $300 max. every time, sometimes with splashier players it's easier to sit with 75-100 BB. You can just get ai with overpairs/TP and not think about it much because speculative hands Vs are playing aren't eff deep enough to see the flop.

SPR less than 3. Bet about $70 and prepare to shove any turn. As played, you're never folding. Jam
