What stakes are these? The preflop format confuses me. Do you raise two dollars more or make it two dollars total?

There are all kinds of details missing here. Did a flush draw develop on the turn? What is your table image? Any reads on villain? If this is a standard, semi-competent tight villain, this is an insta-fold. People make money at low stakes by making the best hand and value-betting to death people who can't let go of top pair. You do NOT want to be one of those people. I don't think villain often shows up with a weaker king.

Against other villains, though, it's a different story. Do you think your opponent is capable of making this move with just a straight draw? Or a pair + flush daw if a flush draw develops on the turn? Against super LAGgy opponents and gamblefish, I feel pretty comfortable calling. Also, with stack sizes the way they are, you should check for pot control pre if you do not want to make this kind of decision on the turn. KT is a non-premium hand that plays best heads-up to the flop. You're already heads up, you don't want to bloat the pot and get into spots like this, and most opponents are never folding pre. Check your option.

It basically all comes down to this: you are not beating any of villain's hands that shove for value. You are beating bluffs and semi-bluffs. You are also getting (if my math is correct) a little over 2:1 on your call. This means that if your opponent is bluffing a third of the time in this spot or more, you should call. If not (which is kind of what I think) then it's a fold.

Welcome to the forum.
