pattay...have you ever even worked a real job ever? THEY ****ING SUCK. Yes, there are times that even I wish that I had a real job...but they last for seconds, and then I snap out of it and remind myself how truly awful a "real job" is. People always want what they don't have

I hate jobs. I worked 2 years and it was so ***** annoying. Wake up early, go to the job and be there ***** eight LONG hours, 5 days a week, 4 weeks in month. It's not even funny, just "waste" your time and wait for weekends. Day by day, week by week, same things, same ****. ****kkkK off job.

I'll better play NL10, 8 hours a day than take a job again.

Scheduled to start my job October 1st... still haven't decided whether I'm taking it or not and I go back and forth everyday. These past couple months of being a poker pro have been nice but I don't know if I would want to do it long-term.

Here's whats going through my head right now regarding accepting the job:

PRO

advance career, learn more about marketing/advertising, move to somewhere new, network/meet new people, get out of the house more, sleep better at night, get a better idea of what I want to do with my life, "grow up", steady paycheck, make the family happy, still able to play poker at night (games suck during the day anyway)

CON

the 8-5 grind, waking up early, less free time, not being able to take days off whenever I "don't feel like working", not being able to travel (as much), working for The Man, bureaucracy, making peanuts by comparison, still sitting in front of a computer all day, being low man on the totem pole, little/no chance of "making it big" in the short-term

on a lighter note... less than 72 hours until I will be chillin' on the topless beaches in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

yayayayaya vamos

I worked wack jobs throughout high school and college, and worked in the finance dept. of a hotel for 8 months after school was over. I'm NEVER going back.
