SB has taken down one huge pot vs. a maniac on the table with a flopped set, but has been pretty quiet for the past couple hours. She is not one to 3bet unless it's AA, or KK and rarely shows aggression. She was involved in another hand where she flatted QQ against a UTG open in the SB.
Not sure if I need to size up on the flop, but a bet definitely seems necessary given the equity I have and the fact that I have J high. I would think the 2 changes nothing on the turn and I can take the pot down vs. 7x, 6x or 5x hands.
Sets and two pair combinations are very possible in her check raising range as I see her calling all of her high flush draws, 8x hands and the occasional over pair like TT, or 99.
The math and player type doesn't seem to add up to profitably make this call, but it just sucks to fold all of this equity. Is this a clear fold or could a call be reasonable here sometimes?

$640 in the pot and you have to put in another $260 more. Its unlikely that V has a flush draw if they are as tight as you say.
So you probably have your full 12 out (minus maybe the board pairing hearts?) Giving you roughly 22% equity. You're getting about 2.5:1 and you need about 3.2:1 to make the call.
Probably a close but annoying fold.

Turn bet is optimistic imo though as V probably has mostly overpairs and sets and should have very little 7x, 6x

When it's this close, I'll sometimes take the worst of it for implied tilting of nits when it gets there
And it's good for image
If you're trying this at home, just make sure your opponent is never doing this with a better flush draw

You either have to check the turn or bet more on the turn. Your $110 turn bet puts you in no man's land where when V shoves, you're getting about 2.5 to 1 pot odds, but you need about 3.2 to 1 pot odds since it's likely V has a set and you have only 10 outs as opposed to 12.
Against a tight player, he gave you a chance to draw at your flush/gutshot for free. Take the free card.

Grunch:
I like the aggression pre, but I don't know if we have the stack depth to be isolating in this exact spot. Depending on the table, id lean towards just completing this pre and taking a flop.
Flop: x back or xbets are both onnthe table. Would need more info on v to know which is better. But sb cc after our iso should be a little alarming. He's not folding 99+, AK/AQ (all of which we unblock) likely calls q more bet. Not sure about the half pot sizing, maybe go 60ish.
Turn: taking equity vs continuing to show aggression are both viable. But given stack depth if I bet I'm calling all raises. Problem is a db sets up awkward river SPR. Id likely lean checking back turn, im not concerned about getting stacks in playing IP. Ap, snap call
