I like it based on player description. You have a bunch of Fe and you hate a lot of turn cards, especially if you go to the turn multi way. I'd be prepared to follow through on the turn. this raise lets you rep anything depending on where and if you get called.

I really don't worry at all about getting raised in this spot.

I like the raise, if pot goes 3 handed to turn I prolly just shut down.
If you only get 1 caller I fire most turns that are checked to me.

Based on the reads V1 + V2 I think a raise is fine. It's a very sticky spot, and i'd probably fold it if was crushing this table as there are much easier spots to extract value. Calling is really bad I think.
