Horseshoe Hammond 1/2
Hero bought in for 200 and is at 380 now. I've been there for 2 hours after work. I know 3 guys at the table. When I was younger I would have mistaken my play for skill, but now I know I'm just running good.
Hero is in the BB with J
10
MP limps he's a stranger
Cutoff limps, he is known to hero. He's a 35 VPIP guy who seems gambley/unlucky to hero. He opens often for 15 or 20. He does not win much session wise. I've seen him at Blue Chip in the past too. He plays blackjack I think and often rebuys with a blackchip he'll pull from his pocket. 50 yo WG. 150 stack or so.
SB completes, never met him before.
Hero checks his option
Pot $8
Flop A
10
9
Hero checks, it then checks around.
Turn 9
Hero, SB check, MP checks, Cutoff bets $10
SB folds
Hero calls. Is this a fold? Often it'll check on the river and then the 10 may be good. I think I should have folded though. MP folds.
River 9
POT $28
Hero has a Boat 9s full of 10s
Hero leads out for $20
Cutoff reraises to $60
Hero???????????????????
I never think about the 9 here as much as the ace and that the Cutoff could have one.
F*** Zeebo's Theorem? It's a limped pot let it go?
